I've been there before- I was searching for a song I used to have on mp3- it was a parody of an Alanis Morissette song- the parody was of the song were she sings 'I've got my hand in my right pocket, and the other one is waving a peace sign'- but the parody is hilarious. Anyway- I found that site by accident.
I occasionally mishear things in songs or in movies. In 'Shock Treatment' Betty's tv show has just been cancelled, and she goes to order coffee. Now, the line I hear the coffee guy say was "Alright pee Betty, you're off the air"- he handed her an empty cup- I thought he was taking a urine sample- cos in the next scene she's fixing her blouse! Then, I read an article about misheard lines in Shock treatment- the one I misheard wasn't listed. Then on the rockynewsgroup I said about that line and everyone thought I was crazy! Turns out- the coffee guy says 'R.I.P Betty, you're off the air" There's another line in Shock Treatment, but everyone mishears it- were Nation says to Bert "Care for an on set snack?"- I heard it as "Care for a non sex act?"- because she walked in on him perving on Janet in the shower!

Anyway- sorry about the rambling- anyone else ever misheard lines?
