Okay, please tell me that in "Shower the People You Love with Stuff" it's revealed David got to go to Europe after all. Darlene seemed ready to change her mind at the end of the season 7 finale, but if she just let him waste away at the World of Pizza all summer, I'm going to be really sad...

There is no plot involving David in that episode. That episode is where Darlene and Becky(the first one returns) to give Roseanne a baby shower. I don't ever remember any plot about David going to Europe.

trust me, things happen in season 8 that prove David never left :)

They went to Disney World in the Spring of 1996, that is where Darlene got pregnant.

David does have a plot about Europe. I remember Roseanne making a joke about David getting a naked statue souvenier and Darlene getting upset.

The Conner kids (becky and Darlene) made me mad. They dont know how to let go, they just give up their dreams, and then they like to blame roseanne for their problems. Oh, and Im talking about david too.
