Yup. Fran was married to Peter Marc Jacobson during the show's run. He was her highschool sweetheart, and he co-created The Nanny with her. You can see him in the episode "A Star is Unborn" as Romeo. I believe they got divorced around the 5th season, and I know they have no kids.

He's also the one in Pen Pal who tries to pick up Fran at the Russian Tea Room and he's in Ma'ternal Affairs. They show him coming out of the men's bathroom. Fran is following her father inside and she points out to Peter that his zipper was down.
