Hello There

I have now been searching for well over 15 Years, for a certain Tv. Show? It aired, I believe in 1983/1984. It only lasted One Season. I watched the Complete Season, from start to finish. I just loved that show.

It was called "Cover-Up". Big muscle guy named Mac, and a Female. The theme song was Bonnie Tyler's "I Need a Hero". During the First and only Season, the actor who played Mac, shot and killed himself in real life playing a game at a social party.

He was recast, and the Season finished-up. It would Never be seen again. No ReRuns, no mention ever. I have now, been trying to find that show, for all these years.
