View Full Version : 3 Reasons Why The Patriots Suck.
jekouptown 12-16-2003, 01:55 PM 1. THEY ONLY SCORED 3 POINTS AGAINST THE CLEVELAND BROWNS.
2. THEY LOST TO THE WASHINGTON REDSKINS 20-17. DID I MENTION THAT THEY LET THE REDSKINS BEAT THEM. A TEAM THAT CAN'T STOP THE RUN.
3. THEY DIDN'T SCORE AT ALL AGAINST BUFFALO. YES THE BILLS.
JUST THE FACTS.
dlemond 12-16-2003, 02:04 PM They have won 10 in a row.
A more telling fact than anything else.

LOOK AT THE TEAMS THEY LOST TO........THE BROWNS.? WASHINGTON.? THE BILLS.? C'MON...LEAVE NEW ENGLAND NOW...! RUN FOR THE BORDER.
dlemond 12-16-2003, 02:23 PM Show me one team that hasn't lost to a bad team this year.
And they are winning now, for 2 1/2 straight months. And they only have 2 losses for the entire season!
I think you are blinded by your dislike, anyone can see that a team this hot is the team to beat, especially at home where it looks like they will be.
And how about people they may face in the playoffs - they beat the Colts, they beat the Titans, they beat the Broncos and they beat the Dolphins twice.
So they haven't played Kansas City yet, otherwise they beat everyone else. And I would never put my money on KC in New England.

first... i don't dislike anyone or any team so lets remove me from that.
second....i really don't think that new england is going anywhere....period.!
KANSAS AND NEW ENGLAND ARE THE ONLY TWO TEAMS WITH JUST 2 LOSSES. Your the person blinded...eyes wide shut...when you open your eyes it will be after the season is over.
Xxshelly06xX 12-16-2003, 05:22 PM pat's beat the Colts, and Titans, beat denver in denver, shutout 2 teams this year (one of them being Miami) and did this all without half of their starters. if they're bad, then why have they clinched the AFC East, and are now leading the AFC and will probally get home field advantage?
adn 3 points agasint the browns? who cares, they won! yea they lost to the bills and the redskins but then again...kc lost to the bengals

Well first off, you are wrong.
They didn't lose to Cleveland and they scored 9 points in that game.
So there goes one of your 3 reasons.
You obviously want to convince yourself that KC will beat them.
I wouldn't hold my breath.
And I am NOT a Patriot fan.

if you only score 9 on cleveland then your not going to win any superbowl.....

pat's beat the Colts, The PATS were lucky to win that game! That said, the Patriots look very unstoppable I look for them to represent the AFC in the Super Bowl.
Mr. Television 12-16-2003, 07:29 PM The Patriots are a very good team. If they get home field advantage, I think they'll get to the Superbowl.

But the beat these teams this year
Eagles
Broncos
Tennesse
Colts
Miami
Dallas
They are Undeafeated against winning teams
EricIdlefan 12-18-2003, 11:06 AM I am rooting for the PATS but if they don't make it, either the Colts or Chiefs!!
Mr. Television 12-18-2003, 01:05 PM I don't care who wins the afc. If the Cowboys don't make the superbowl, I'll be rooting for the afc as usual.

I will be happy if the Cowboys just make the playoffs.
As far as your location message:
After the Giants game there will not be another home game until next year. The only way they can play at home again is if they play another wild card team in Championship Game- and that team has a worse record than Dallas.

I would at least like to see them win one playoff game but if they beat the Giants and get in I will be very happy.

I'm not even sure if they can beat the Giants

I'm not even sure if they can beat the Giants If they can't beat the Giants at home with a playoff birth on the line, then they don't deserve to be in the playoffs. The Giants have totally given up on the season and have a lame duck coach.

LOL...You know for some reason...the GIANTS play a good game against NEW ENGLAND, DALLAS COWBOYS, AND THE REDSKINS.

What are you talking about?
The Giants lost to all those teams.
They beat the Redskins once and lost once.
And the only close game was against the Cowboys.
EricIdlefan 12-19-2003, 04:30 PM Patriots have proved to be a team to contend with and I loved it at Super Bowl XXXVI that they ran out of the tunnel during player introductions as a whole team instead of introducing the players one by one!!
