Did anyone ever see the movie "Young Doctors in Love"? I'm wondering if a DVD version exists (I've only been able to find it on VHS on Amazon.com and eBay).

In case no one has seen it - it came out in the '80's as a "parody" on soap operas (particularly General Hospital as a lot of the GH cast had cameo appearances in the movie).

Anyway Kramer/Michael Richards was HILARIOUS in it!!! He played a hitman that was supposed to be posing as a patient while he planned his hit on the "godfather-type" character who was a patient in the same hospital.

I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it already.

I saw it years ago, but don't remember much about it.

I don't remember much of the plot... All I recall is that thing was hilarious! At least that's what I remember, I saw it in the theatre when it ran ('82) so you have to cut me some slack:rainbow:

I like spoofs, there was some funny actors in it and I recollect Michael McKean (Lenny of Lenny & Squiggy-Laverene&Shirley) puting in an great performance. He was funny and can play some parts.

Thanks for the research Maestro! However, these are Region 2 disks (which, I believe, means that they can only be played in Europe???)

Maybe the U.S. will follow with a DVD version soon :(
