Well it was only one more season after Mike and Gloria eft in the spring of 1978, and after the following season, which was the last, All in the Family finished as the 9th best Show in the country. Which was still good but a big drop from number one. The ratings actually dropped after the 1975-76 season. It went from number one to number 11, back up to 4, back down to 9.
