ABC has confirmed that Drew Carey will return in mid-season 2004 to the ABC lineup.

But does anyone know, what month?? how many new episodes will air?? and what night???

All i know is that there will be 26 episodes

This show has outlived its usefullness. It needs to be put to death.

It's gonna bomb.. Really. It's contract is up this year so gooooodddbyyyyyeeee DC!

Its just sad that a sitcom that used to be a great comedy must end this way.

I would have thought they burned them by now.

I'm with Mr. Roper on this one. It's a damn shame this once great show had to die such a painful death.

I think of the show as over since Kate left.
And now with the new episodes.... its like a bad fanfic come to life.
But it still makes me laugh.... so I tune in.

I stopped watching when drew was in a coma.

May I ask where did you read or hear that? I still see I'm With Her listed for 4/20 and 4/27 and that 8:30pm slot for May is TBA, probably second airings of 8 Simple Rules or According to Jim will fill that slot in May.

Last I heard Drew Carey Show was going to return in June or July.

I see where The ABC Televison Network has I'm With Her Scheduled to air on Tuesday, April 20, 2004 so I think
I'm with Her will air on Tuesday, April 20, 2004 and on Tuesday
April 27, 2004 in the 7:30 pm Time Period

I wonder why your local ABC affiliate is doing that? They are airing I'm With Her (what's really supposed to air at 8:30) at 1:05am. I guess I'm With Her does bad there?

Drew is back on June 2. Airing Wednesdays from 9 to 10pm:

Effective Wednesday, June 2, 2004 “The Drew Carey Show” will air in the 9:00 - 9:30 & 9:30 - 10:01 PM-ET/PT time periods until further notice.

Drew will air at 9 and 9:30 p.m. starting June 2, but starting June 30 it will air at 8:30 p.m. and still air at 9 p.m. Though, 9:30 p.m. starting June 30 will be a new reality show called "The Two Timer." Drew is pre-empted on June 23 for the one-hour premiere of "The Two Timer" from 9-10pm.

Drew Carey has been on almost as long as Friends and gets a good summer Series Finale
