I like how everyone goes around making assumptions that he did it, when you don't know that for a fact. In my opinion, you're innocent until proven guilty. And he hasn't been proven guilty. And there's plenty of evidence that shows that this kid's mom is a nutjob and had reasons to accuse him of this.....For one thing, the kid had cancer and Michael was paying the bills and buying them stuff. Now the kid's cancer is better, so Michael stopped paying..and now all of a sudden the mother accuses him. Why now? Because she wants more money. She has gotten money this same way from other people twice before, so what's saying she's not doing it again?

Sorry....this just makes me mad.

but theres alway plenty of evidence that shows HE is a nutjob. I mean, even his house has pedo written all over it.

Same here. Unless any proof comes up saying that he did it, then I would say he is guilty but nothing has come up. I'm agree with Amy that he is innocent until proven guilty. I think he is wacko for dangling his baby from a balcony but again I won't know if he is guilty for child molestation unless there is concrete, indisputable evidence. Right now there is none.

I really don't know, but I have a feeling he's innocent. It would be ridiculous if he did considering his history of being accused. What I don't understand is why this "mother" would let her child hang around him knowing his history. Who would let their child be around an accused child molester unless they were going to try to get money out of him?

He didn't run away from anything. He was in Las Vegas for the past month shooting a video for his new song, "One More Chance" (ironically,) and some ABC special that was cancelled after the new allegations were brought up.

Too many documents are coming out in Michael's defense. It's hard to believe the accuser now.

He's guilty of using bad judgement. Holding his son over the balcony, letting kids sleep in his bed. Whether or not he's ever molested anyone, I don't know.

Then he came back home, they arrested him, took him to jail, bailed him out, and he went back to Vegas to finish his video. If he ran from the police, he wouldn't have come home.
