Does anyone know what episode of Happy Days this clip is from?

Joanie and Richie are nervously waiting up for their parents to come home. When they do, Joanie and Richie give them a lecture about how irresponsible they were for not calling to say they were going to be late, how they say they're adults but they don't give any consideration to anyone else... It ends with Richie telling his parents, "well, it's late. Why don't you go on up to bed and we'll talk about this in the morning."
