TV? Because they just constantly throw flag after flag and it just annoys the hell out of me. Just let the players play the game and stop trying to be on camera so your family can see you. Flags just KILLS the flow of a Drive. Do Flags ANNOY the Hell out of anyone else?

They don't annoy me at all. Besides if you should place any blame on someone it should be the players. They were the ones that committed the fouls in the first place. Also you have to consider that this is in a stadium with thousands of fans and one or two jumbotrons. If the officials weren't there announcing the penalty, none of the fans in the stadium would have any idea of what is going on or why the flags were thrown.

Flags interferes with the FLOW of a game

The refs think people pay MONEY to see them. I don't know why they think that.

Because they always have to be seen and heard. When they make annoucements, that's the best part of their job.

They need to inform the audience both at the game and at home what the heck is going on.

That's what I said before. The people at the game can't know what goes on without the referee informing the crowd. And if you're looking to place blame on someone blame the players who commit the fouls.

It's nothing wrong with throwing flags but they just throw TOO many.

I want to say one thing: that there are too many penalties that upon replay you see are just way too close, nitpicky, or flat out wrong.

The announcers have in the last few years objected more than ever to these penalties and I happen to agree with them.

Too many phantom interferences or an interferece when both guys are going for the ball, or running into the kicker(when the kicker actually runs into the defender) or a late hit on the quarterback (when he is hit a split second after the release).

And you know what I find funny, I seem to see less offensive holding calls this year, but more of everything else.
This is the only area that I see teams getting away with a lot.

I guess I wanted to say more than one thing.
