same, but b/c of the storm, all the roads are tterrible and so pretty much every school is cancled...

I live in NE and we get a l ot of snow, except my rtown never closes, or the big storms we get are on the weekends or over vacation!

1 hour delay.... the only school on the East Coast of Mass to have school.

They don't close school up there unless there's feet of snow, here, a few flurries and the schools are shut.

Your lucky. My schools open. And there's been no snow here for a couple of weeks :mad:

I didn't get a snow day today, but I was off anyway! :woohoo: I go to a Catholic school, and today's the Immaculate Conception. :D

beat you our previous was 4 years ago;)...but the roads here suck and we got 26 inches of snow....kinda mad that this wasnt during the week!!!! (cuz im already not goin to school friday...yay field trip!)

Not fair! I go to a Catholic school and still had school today. I never had this day off, even in grade school.

3 years ago the principal let us go home beause we were able to build a snowman. that was the last time it snowed too.

If I hadn't had a snow day for four years, I would have gone craizer! We were off many days last year b/c of the ice storm, but that wasn't any fun b/c we didn't have power. The only thing I miss about school is snow days. It sucks that they don't cancel work b/c of snow. They closed when we had the flood, but I had to stay and help sweep all the damn water out! Well, I coudn't get home anyway because the river was all around the store. :eek:
