Yeah. TJ hasn't made any changes to avatar settings during the time you were gone. In fact, he hadn't made any since he increased the allowable size to 150x150 during last summer. You can also enter a URL of it, provided it is 150x150 or less.

I don't know what's wrong - the image is 150x150,yet,it says it's too big. :confused: :(

It's probably over 25,000 bytes (25 KB), which is over the limit.

I clicked on properties on the image and it was at 54,000 bytes. That is a lot over the limit. The image has to be either 150x150 or 25,000 bytes or lower, whichever one is smallest. Shrink it down to maybe 130x130 and hopefully it will work. It was at around 28,000 bytes.

Well,the other problem is that it says it's not a valid URL. :confused:

Then save the picture and upload it when you go to change avatars.

Right-click and click on "Save Picture As..." to save it to your comp then you can upload it in your control panel. :)

She doesn't need to shrink the image, I have it under 25,000 bytes and it is still 150x150. She needs to either paste the url - http://www.sitcomsonline.com/boards/attachment.php?s=&postid=1352672 in that box or save the picture and upload it.
