And Then There Were Three episode was the birth of Tabitha with Dick York as Darrin.

Something Makes Four episode was the birth of Adam with Dick Sargent as Darrin.

Which you one you like better?

My personal preference was And Then There Were Three episode. That was the first episode Elizabeth Montgomery taped shortly after giving birth to her second child. In that particular season we got to see Liz throughout most of her pregnancy. The scene between Darrin and Samantha in the hospital room after Tabitha was born was a tear jerker. Very tender and it was genuine. Liz had such a glow about her in that episode.

Something Makes Four was not very good and they tried to recapture that magic that Dick York and Liz had when Tabitha was born. It did not seem real nor genuine.

I loved "And Then There were Three". Never saw the other one.

I liked both, Eve Arden made something makes four funny.
