I'm not going to be the type of person who is going to tell you to study, because at this point, you either know it or you don't. Just refresh and relax your memory. One good thing about the ACT is that it's much easier than the SAT's, and they give you the chance to show your skills on other subjects, not just English and math. Don't worry you will do great! dawsongirl 12-04-2003, 09:08 PM Get sleep! Nothing worse than taking that boring test when you're half asleep. Wear comfy clothes. Eat enough so that you don't get hungry in the middle. Don't study too hard. It really doesn't help that much. If you have a book on ACTs, read over it so you know what to expect, and then just try to remember as much science/math/vocab as you can. Take a practice test. Don't stress! If you totally bomb, you can always take it again. I took it twice. °Bubbly Blonde° 12-04-2003, 09:19 PM I have a lot of questions about the ACT/SAT also...does anyone know what the main differences of the SAT's and the ACT's are? Are the SAT's that hard? Are the SAT's that hard? Well, the scoring system for the SAT's/ACT's are different, obviously. Here, you need at least a 21 to get into the college of choice regionally, and I got over a 21 when I took my ACT's last year. I'm not sure what the perfect ACT score is - 30-36? I could be wrong, though. But the most important advice is to RELAX. When I took mine last year, you had the option of taking a break between tests and I took advantage to power up on brain food and to relax my mind after the math section (it was HARD). :) But, I don't know if the place you are taking it at will offer that...most likely not. THe school I took it at was pretty small, so I had no prob with that. dawsongirl 12-04-2003, 11:46 PM Originally posted by PZelda: VICKI!!
