TBS BUTCHERED GOOD TIMES so Badly. Good Times Originally ran 25 minutes and TBS versions of the show were 19 minutes. Plus they were trying to be too politically correct by taking out certain words.

Gosh, where do I start?

ABC Family, Nick-at-Nite, TBS stand out, because those are the networks I have shows I watch on, I'm sure there are others though... it really bugs me too!

TV Land does a very good job when editing All in the Family, Good Times and Three's Company, but does a POOR job in editing Sanford and Son. I can give TBS credit for including a classic Jack Tripper Moment in a THree's Company episode but that's it.

ABC Family hasn't been as bad as I feared either. The main complaint I have with them is the split screens and GOD is it annoying! They do a good job of editing with "Family Matters". They did chop up the Full House pilot episode pretty bad Monday though when they cut out a whole funny scene.

Hallmark Channel? Never heard of it...

LOL, just kidding, but I don't watch it.

TBS and TvLand are right up there when it comes to pulling that crap.

TV LAND does a wonderful job with All in The Family. But not Sanford an Son. AITF EPS in TV LAND run 22-23min and they include tag scenes. I have never seen a Tag scene of All in the Family until I saw aepisode on TV LAND. N@N doesn't show aitf tag scenes

Yeah..Tv Land either does a decent job on editing on their shows or vice versa..horrible editing job....:rolleyes:

AS long as i been watching AITF on N@N, they never showed the Tags. My mouh was Wide open when TV land showed the tag scene during the All in the Family Boxset. I couldn't believe it

Why do they cut them out? They don't cut out tags in other shows. :confused:

When ABCF aired The Wonder Years they cut out ** ENTIRE SCENES !!! **. I could describe them here, but I won't waste my time doing that.

TBS's been good to Mama's Family. Not squishing the credits, but I did notice they left out a few scenes...and they don't air the ORIGINAL opening credits from the 1983 and 1984 seasons anymore. :mad:

Actually, they have the same amount of commericals as any other network, it's just they take them in different spots. See, they make the show 30 minutes instead of 27(by taking an extra commerical) unlike N@N. I know they did terrible with the Full House pilot, but they have done a great job with Family Matters. My biggest complaint about them is cutting out closing credits.
