We have far more topics and posts than The Cosby Show board does!!! :woohoo: :woohoo: :clap party:   Nice to see Wings beating The Cosby Show at something.

I'm not bashing The Cosby Show. I think it's a good show. I'm just fed up with N@N's treatment of it. It's not the greatest TV show out there. Far from it, IMHO.

Yeah. Now they've got Full House.
How long before Punky Brewster rears her ugly (it's a figure of speech!) head onto N@N?
Pretty soon N@N is going to be for fifteen-year-olds at sleepovers.

Yeah, Nick @ Nite is like Cosby Show Central. But awww...why is everyone so negative about Full House? Maybe I'm just being too sentimental cuz I grew up watching that show. I remember how disappointed my best friend and I were when it ended. LOL. But we were like 11, so we have an excuse.

Well, let's just say it got stale when Jesse thought he was Elvis' illegitamate child, Bob Saget started to think he was funny and Michelle became a pre-teen. Not to mention when Steve started showing up...

I used to LOVE Full House in it's original run. I was the same age as Stephanie, and I had a crush on her back then. I actually don't mind it being on N@N. I would just prefer Wings to have a better timeslot.

I remember in 2000 or 2001 all N@N ever showed was the Facts of Life. What an awful time.

Don't laugh....This past summer my 13-year old daughter had a sleepover birthday party, and that night she asked me if I could show some taped "Wings" episodes for her and her friends (most of the other girls had never seen a "Wings" episode before).

I picked a few of the earlier, "G-rated" episodes and let them run in the VCR while my wife and I sat in the other room....and soon my wife and I could hear those girls giggling and squealing about how "cute those two brothers are"!

I wonder if there was one, slightly eccentric, quiet girl who fancied Lowell Mather...

It was probably my own daughter! While she's never admitted to having a "crush" on Lowell, he DOES seem to be her favorite male character on the show.....He's the one who makes her laugh the most (and hardest), and she goes on and on about how "Wings" was "wrecked" after Lowell left. She really does get a kick out of the guy!

While my daughter would NEVER be called "quiet", she HAS been known to have her "slightly eccentric" moments!

Lowell is so cute, you can't help but laugh! I was watching the episode where Brian makes the video for Joe and Helen. I love how Lowell gets his face RIGHT in the camera :)
