Does anyone remember watching an old segment, probably from late eighties, about Cindy Anderson. Cindy Anderson was a young woman who disappeared from the law firm that she worked at as a secretary. Before her disappearance, someone was spraypainting in red "I love you Cindy" on a building that was visable to Cindy from where her desk was, and it would creep her out.
I read in one of the posts here that the law firm that Cindy worked for was responsible for her disappearance because she knew too much about drug deals that were going on. Is this true?

An excerpt from Cynthia Anderson's Doe Network profile should answer that question (although it might not be the most satisfactory answer):
"The closest police ever thought they were to closing the Anderson case occurred with the 1995 arrest of drug dealer Jose Rodriguez, Jr., and his attorney, Richard Neller. Neller worked with the law firm when Miss Anderson disappeared, and federal prosecutors suggested the secretary was abducted and murdered after she overheard conversations about an ongoing drug conspiracy involving the two men. A jailhouse snitch testified that Rodriguez told him he'd killed Miss Anderson with a 9mm handgun - evidence a judge later ruled not reliable. Cynthia's disappearance remains unsolved."
The link below is her Doe Network profile (which includes the excerpt above):

Wow, thanks for the information, but I can't believe the case is still unsolved even though there are many rumors. I guess the spraypainting on the wall isn't related to Cindy's disappearance and is just a coinsidence.
I wish they'd say why that information wasn't reliable. Hmmm.
