Has there been any updates on the Crystal Spencer murder? Crystal Spencer was a pretty dark-haired aspiring actress who moved to Los Angeles in hopes of becoming famous. She wasn't able to make ends meet with acting, so she became a stripper. She befriended a man named Anton and he was trying to help make her dreams come true. Anton had'nt heard from Crystal for a few days and she was later found dead in her apartment and the night before some neighbors heard screams coming from Crystal's apartment. Anton read the autopsy results and there were many inconsistencies.

That case hasn't been updated, well not that I know of anyway. I think she had come down with a cold and Anton brought some soup over to her. If I'm not mistaken, that was the last time he saw her alive.

Was there ever a book written about this case? I'm curious to know more about it.

You have to wonder what might have happened if Crystal's neighbors had called the police right away when they heard her screaming in the middle of the night. Her killer might have actually been captured.

I wonder why they didn't call the police right away. If I heard deathly screams in the middle of the night I would have. But I guess you can't always imagine yourself being in that kind of position.

I honestly don't know what I would actually do if I heard loud, high-pitched screams in the middle of the night. Would I call the police or be too scared to call the police. I'm going to have to think about that one...Crystal's neighbors must of really freaked out when they heard the screams.

Well, when they were interviewed, the man said that he just didn't want to get involved, or something of that nature. But his wife obviously regrets it, because she said something to the effect of "I don't think I'll ever be able live with the fact that I didn't call the police. If I had, maybe she [Crystal] would still be alive."

What did Crystal Spencer look like? Besides being dark-haired. I'm just curious, I guess. Also, when was the date that she died?

Was Crystal ever in any films? Or, did she die before acting any roles in film?

Although she was seeking an acting career, Crystal Spencer ended up struggling as a stripper until her death in May of 1988. So she never obtained any acting roles. :(
