ok im still posting stuff to bring this board alive. there both really great couples but wich do u think is funnier there both funny but of course im ganna go with cc and niles but fran and max are really funny together to.

Well I'm a hopeless romantic, so of course I'm a devoted Fran/Max shipper. But as for who was funnier, definitely Niles and C.C.! Their insults are hilarious!!

Niles and CC are funnier. I love the way the whole thing came about.

As for better couple, Fran and Max, definately.

I vote for CC and Niles, too. The whole story with them was funny. When one watches the first episodes it's a miracle they married at the end, I think! Niles sometimes was really a bit rough to her. I remember one scene where CC says to Niles that he's just playing with her health and he says it's true! I thought that was a little nasty.

I wondered... are there any scenes you didn't like concerning Niles' and CC's fights?

Fran and Max were ment to be. They were the more romantic couple. I never had doubt they would marry in the show. I guess that's why there relationship is not as funny as Niles' and CC's is.

Just my two cents though... :)

Niles and C.C. They're the classic love story they hate each other, they're throwing insults at each other, then they're kissing!

Niles and C.C were most definitely the funnier couple. But, as for my favorite couple, I would have to say Fran and Maxwell

haha I have to go for the Love/hate relationship with a lot of sexual tension.

Fran and Maxwell had sexual tension...but they were nice to each other......a little boring after a while


Cece and Niles were great insulting each other, and playing mean tricks on each other.....haha ok maybe I just have a sick sense of humor.......let's see

Favorite on-screen couples (tv and movies):
Sam and Diane in Cheers- let's just say that these two almost punched each others lights out immediately before their first kiss...I don't even want to mention their break up *shudders*

Cece and Niles in The Nanny- um...haha well first of all Niles is my favorite character in "The Nanny" and the fact that they are saying to each other "Hate you" and "Hate you more" instead of "I love you" is great.

Barbara and Oliver (movie) The War of the roses- well......if you haven't seen it....um...the perfect couple falls apart and start deliberately doing things to hurt one another in order to get a divorce...well the house...but they love each other.

i like couples that tease each other and fight 2 the ones who are all nice and sweet with the sweetheart and darling are kinda boring

Hmmm... I'm gonna have to think hard about that. :lol: Definitely Niles and C.C. They were made for each other. Not only that they are so cute together. Fran and Max are great together too but Niles and C.C. are definitely the more exciting couple.
