Blair is the best! 04-19-2001, 05:59 PM Christmas in the Big House
One of the episodes where we see what a good heart Blair has, and she feels guilty about not performing, and ends up performing after all.

callmetootie 04-19-2001, 06:41 PM The Halloween Show is like one of the best episodes. Tootie tries to do an exorcisum on Mrs. Garrett, who has been accused to murdering a customer, and putting his body parts in her bratworst. It has only aired once on Nick At Nite, but thankfully I taped it.

The Obsolete Man 04-19-2001, 06:55 PM I don't remember the name of the episode, but my favorite Christmas Show was the It's A Wonderful Life rip-off with Beverly Ann and Santa Claus.
But each of the christmas episodes has it's momentz.
callmetootie 04-19-2001, 07:04 PM That was an episode that Nick @ Nite hasn't aired yet, so I'm not putting it on the list to choose from.

Cokies 04-19-2001, 09:02 PM Geez, am I the only one who likes 'The Christmas Show' in season 5? That one is hilarious, and though I hate to say it, it was touching as well.
* lowers my head in shame because I NEVER describe anything as 'touching'* http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/wink.gif

lesliem14 04-19-2001, 09:15 PM I like "The Christmas Show" too Cokies. It's really hard for me to chose between that and "Christmas In The Big House". The "It's A Wonderful Life" cheap rip-off did air over Christmas. It might have been TVLand, but I remember seeing it.
FOL-FAN 04-19-2001, 09:21 PM I love the Christmas Show! I think it's hillarious and I love the ending. It's just hard to deecide between it and Christmas in the Big House. I think they are both my favorites really.
Blair&Nat79-88 04-19-2001, 09:29 PM Christmas in the Bighouse. I love all the songs each of the girls sing, and then the song and dance by Jo and Nat is pretty funny.....but hte end is clasic for Christmas.
------------------
Nat: Who wants to be a skinny pencil? I'd rather be a happy magic marker!
Blair: Blow it out your track shoes!
Tootie: ...the thrill of victory and the agony of Da-Feet!
Jo: Here's to all who wish me well, all the rest can go to...JERSEY!
Mrs.G.: May God bless all your footsteps (from her last episode)
stagequeen515 04-19-2001, 10:32 PM I've seen them all. They were all really good. I liked the Christmas Show because the ending made me cry when Blair came back and she and Jo huged. I thought it was sweet. I liked Christmes in the Bighouse as well. They all have really good voices and Nat and Jo's part was funny. I also thought it was sweet that Jo started playing the piano for Blair as she was singing. I'm the kind of person that cries at those things.

Yeah, it was on TV land during Christmas. And, out of all the christmas shows, it packs the most punch, so to speak.
Out of the ones you mentioned, I can't choose. All of 'em have their moments... like Blair and Jo in season 5... or Lisa Whelchel's beautiful voice in Christmas in the Bighouse... or, well, most all of Christmas Baby.
But out of 'em all, I still like the Beverly Ann episode best.
Wild Child 04-20-2001, 10:58 AM Either Christmas Show or Christmas in the big house.
Just to make sure~Wasen't Christmas the ep when Blair comes in with that hug fur coat...
Blair:How do I look?
Jo:Like a giant fur ball!
I thought that was so funny.

FOL-FAN 04-20-2001, 12:26 PM Yeah, that was The Christmas Show
jamier42 04-20-2001, 02:35 PM I like Christmas in the Big House.
Peekskill citizen 04-22-2001, 02:46 AM My favorite would have to be the Christmas Show! It was hilarious! If this jacket doesn't make you merry-o, at home there's a brand new stereo. http://www.sitcomsonline.com/ubb/smile.gif

All right that was Mr.S the mean steen and I'm keen Nat Green rockin' down the clock and talkin' you round the block. Your turn.
- Natalie (Talk,Talk,Talk)
Edna lends an ear, tell me your troubles and never fear, how may I help you?
-Mrs.G (Talk,Talk,Talk).
Oh yeah tell that to the frog, go on say it to his face, you can't can you, know why because he hasn't got a face Tootie, it been chopped off! - Blair
I'd say The Christmas Show. I liked getting to see another glimpse of the close friendship between Blair and Jo. And, of course, it was funny. Although.... I really liked Natalie and Jo's song in Christmas in the Big House.
Gemini_89 05-12-2016, 02:58 PM The Christmas Show. I'm not a Jo/Blair fan but they had a beautiful moment at the end of the episode (which made the episode).
