I was watching 8 Simple Rules on Tuesday and the show was going great. Until the end when they showed John's chair all empty at the table during Thanksgiving dinner and everyone began to get teary eyed. I began to cry too. It hurt to see that empty chair. :(

Oh, I know what you mean! I was thinking throughout the show, "Wow. There hasn't been anything too sad about Paul." Then, that piece at the end hit me even harder. How sad.... :(

I missed that episode, but how sad. :-(
Do you think they will ever have Joyce Dewitt or Suzanne Somers on 8 Simple Rules as guests?? Just curious.
I read in an article somewhere that Joyce was going to try and do an episode on 8 Simple Rules, but that was before John passes away.

Maybe she was coming as an ex-girlfriend who wants him back or something like that.We will never know.:(
