Ok, some people in this message board have been posting some really mean topics about other people that is really hurtful to the person who's being picked on. Some were even posting bad things about one of the FOL characters. So will you please stop posting that kind of stuff?
I'M NOT GOING TO MENTION ANY NAMES, BUT ONE OF THEM LOVES SAILOR MOON AND HER SCREEN NAME MEANS BUNNY IN JAPANESE.

I agree with you that people are being too hard on Nancy. I mean, if there was something like to post your lest favorite character you could say Jo, but don't say mean and nasty things.

I agree that people shouldn't be so harsh about their opinions, even though it is THEIR opinion. Maybe you guys should just accept that not everyone on this planet has to agree with you, but I do agree, those of you who do have those "bad" opinions or whatever you want to call em, you could be a lil less harsh about it!

You really shouldn't care too much about what other people say at this board. I mean, if you care so much about whatever celebrity you admire, then it should not matter.

The main problem I see is that some people are putting other people down, which is uncalled for. It's normal to have differing opinions about actors, etc., but when it comes to put-down, that needs to stop.

Could it be that we've got a language problem here? See, I don't think any of us has difficulty expressing our opinions -- its just that some of us tend to want folk to agree with us all the time.

<Yawn> Boring! So we disagree on stuff -- all the better for lively discussion and debate.

Now, here's where language gets in the way: when we lose track of our point and start slinging insults. It doesn't even have to be an in-your-face sort of thing, but a mean-spirited comment cast anonymously on a message board can snowball into endless rants on etiquette and behavior. (Hard to believe, huh? <grin> )

Let's just talk Facts. Let's hear other people out and let's keep the sensitivity level low.

Jo-Nancy#1Fan -- that "what do you think of so-and-so?" thread has been closed by a moderator. Maybe that's the end of that.
