What they basically did was, they took a clip of "I Love Lucy" (I believe it was "Lucy is Enciente," though I'm not a Lucy fan, so don't quote me!). They edited Fran into it and sort of made it look like she was "talking" to Lucy. Basically Fran was gushing about how excited she was to be marrying Max. I remember her saying something to the effect of, "We're both married to handsome foriegn men who are in show business!" But basically it was just a dream sequence to kind of pay homage to Lucy's influence on The Nanny. She always wanted to act with her and since that was impossible she put a clip of Lucy into an episode of The Nanny. It was done with admiration and love for a fellow comedienne. Ever see Fran hosting/commenting on "Finding Lucy"???? Yeesh.
