Blair's sister Meg briefly mentioned that her parents have accused her of being a lesbian because she wants to be a nun, but that is not what makes it controversial.....well it's not the main reason anyhow. It is controversial because it strongly focuses on religion and God (not to mention that Jo actually decked Blair for the 1st and only time ever).
