Thanks! jayman75 11-25-2003, 01:48 PM I don't think so, but I'm not 100% sure. The openings they use on Lifetime are original, but I'm not sure if they always correspond to the ones they originally aired with (does this make sense??). I would think he wasn't, because he wasn't meant to be a key character. Plus, Sophia wasn't meant to be as strong a role as she became. I was always surprised that Herb Edelman (Stan) was not a "main character." He was in many of the episodes, especially in the later seasons. He was more important than Miles, I think. Jarrettmac 11-25-2003, 05:12 PM Was Miles in the opening theme? jayman75 11-25-2003, 06:01 PM Nope... Miles appeared less often than Stan. And, he didn't appear until the third or fourth season. musicradio77 11-26-2003, 01:03 AM Lifetime did not air the "Golden Girls" pilot. These are original episodes. jayman75 11-26-2003, 11:08 AM Originally posted by BrooklynGuy78 Lifetime did not air the "Golden Girls" pilot. These are original episodes. Umm, Lifetime has aired the pilot several times. It starts with Dorothy coming in the front door and going to the kitchen, where Coco is cooking. She says "I taught a class today." She goes on to talk about mohawks, earrings, and other problems with kids. It's also where Blanche is going to get married, but the guy turns out to be a bigamist. iloveTV 11-29-2003, 05:42 AM Yeah the guy's name was Harry. The scene in the theme where Dorothy is shoving Rose into the closet is from the pilot. Rose is going to tell Blanche that she doesn't think she should marry Harry so Dorothy shoves her in the closet. :) |
