Why do you think they only showed Rachael's place in the opening tag of the season premire episode of season 4, then never showed the place or mentioned it again during that year?

This was the last season Rachel appeared in as a regular... in fact, she isn't even in a few episodes in the 4th season(which ABC Family will begin airing on the 2nd episode on Thursday). The episodes she is not in, she doesn't appear in the opening credits.

This was the beginning of the end IMO! I liked Rachel but what I could understand is why did the baby Richie get screen credit when he couldn't talk???:confused:

I actually liked the show after Rachel left... when it began to go downhill IMO is when 3J came in and Steve turned into Stefan and all these other creatures. I still liked the sitcom then, but not as much.

Telma Hopkins left to star in the short-lived series Getting By . She should have stayed put on Family Matters .

Yes... she should have stayed. She defintely hurt herself by going to that other unsuccessful show.

It's too bad she just didn't come back as a regular, she only made a few appearances in season 6 and they never explained why she wasn't there. Telma Hopkins' name appears in the season 4 eps that she appeared in, and they show her in Rachel's place but Rachel's Place wasn't even seen in the 4th season, except for season premiere opening tag.
