Does it count for the ratings if we watch even if we dont have that Neilsen box?

I don't think so. Otherwise there'd be no reason for certain people to get the Neilson Ratings box. Which sucks, because I don't have a box and all of my favorite shows are low rated. That's what's good about DVD releases because then my purchase counts towards future releases.
