Which character from rosanne do you think you are most like, Jackie, Roseanne, Dan, Becky, Darlene or D.J?

I`d say I`m a cross between Aunt Jackie and Darlene.

As a teenager I was definitely most like Darlene. I went through the whole black clothes, depressed, not wanting to do anything, wise crack thing for years. Infact, I still wear mostly black, although now it's because I look best in black, whereas before, it was kind of a way for me to hide. Sometimes when I watch the eps. where Darlene gets depressed, I'm shocked because it reminds me so much of myself at that age. I also got the sense that Darlene was wise beyond her years, and people use to always say that about me.

Today, none of the characters are really much like me. David is probably the closest to me today. He always seemed real sensitive, like me. And Dan's overprotection of his family is another character trait I see in myself. I'd go to any length to protect my family, just as Dan would. Those are the only comparisons I can think of between the characters, and me today.

I'm Roseanne. I have a husband and 2 kid's and I feel like I can relate to her a lot in a lot of situations. Plus me and my husband have a lot of humor like Roseanne and Dan did about everyday life.

Here at home I am ROSEANNE. At my sister's house, I am JACKIE. My nieces say that I am like Jackie to them because even though I am their aunt, they can use words in front of me they wouldn't say to their mom. They laugh and we tell each other jokes. They can tell me things in confidence and know that I won't rat them out.

Same here. Early on I was a smart-ass. As I've gotten older the neurotic is a little more present. Oh and a string of quick ending relationships that your closest friends seem to remind you of for their own advancement in the social circle. Not that I'm upset by this, I think its the friend thing to do. :dizzy:
