Just saw this one last night, where they all wondered what if, where Monica was fat and Joey was a huge star, etc. I'm a huge Back to the Future fan so seeing them alter things was fun. I'm a big fan of the show, but I need a BIG fan to explain some things:

Does this mean in the alternate timeline that Joey lives across the hall till he hits it big and then moves into the big pad the he and Rachel have the date in?

Carol is still gay, so nothing's really changed then, except that she discovers five years later?

Chandler and Monica still end up together, and under the same kind of circumstances where he gives her a pity screw, but things end up serious?

I guess Chandler and Ross still knew each other in college, because when Rachel comes in the coffee house Ross says "You remember my friend, Chandler." So the flashback episode where has the Flock of Seagulls hair is still in this timeline before it shifted into this episode?

Rachel did marry Barry but is still miserable. She kind of ends up with Ross at the end so things soooooorta go the way they originally did.

Phoebe only seems the only who makes a huge switch.
