Gary decides to run against Truman Pinksale in the presidential election for their building association. Gary pulls out all the stops - bribery, sexual favors, digging up dirt on his opponent, etc. Gary wins the election, and when Pinksale then tries to have Gary impeached and evicted, the other tenants refuse to oust Gary. Gary bribed everyone in the building into siding with him by promising to move their name to the top of the waiting list for a corner penthouse. We see Pinksale performing garbage duty in the last scene as Gary pours trash down the chute.

NOTE: Was originally going to air on Thursday, September 4th at 10:30pm, but Spike TV took it off only a few days after having it on the schedule.
Gary's Dream: In the "Baltizar" lounge, Gary has met a friendly woman who compliments him. He brings up the uniqueness of his being a rat. She states that this is what attracts her since rats are "multiorgasmic". She wants Gary to come to her place, hoping for "multiples of eight". When she licks Gary's ear, he experiences the first, causing him to wake up. Upon awaking he says "I've got to stop taking Viagra".
Johnny Bugz tries to get rid of Gary by shooting him at a Tenants Association meeting. He hits Addison and Steele instead.
In episodes 1-8, during the introduction when Gary turns into a rat, he looks in the mirror and says "NO! Gary the Rat...****." In episodes 9 & 10 he says "NO! Gary the Rat...this just sucks."
