Richard Kiel? I've actually never seen and Jaws or James Bond movies, but Arron Handy's site (http://monkeestv2.tripod.com/season1/monster.html) lists him as the monster in this episode (I Was A Teenage Monster)

He was also in "Happy Gillmore" with Adam Sandler.
