Ok I was studying for my History class, and was reading the chapter, when suddenly I see,

"Tecumseh was a Shawnee who led Indian troops against the United States."

and for some reason my mind went to Cheers immediately..and then I realized that I was reading the American History text book...yea just thought I'd post that.

Tecumseh has historical value!!!

You know some of the elements of the show and the script that you can cite are extremely clever. I have to give credit to the writers for really doing their homework.

When I learned about him, I didn't watch Cheers. If my S.S. teacher mentioned him now, I'd probably inform the class that he was on Cheers... :D
