Is it the presents? Is it snow? Is it the food? Is it the music?
What is it?
I'm not sure what my fave thing about it is.

David 11-17-2003, 06:28 PM The loving atmosphere, i know that sounds corny, but its really nice. I also like the gifts, lights, and music.
Mr. Stefani 11-17-2003, 06:29 PM No school and the money.
Czas na Zywiec 11-17-2003, 06:29 PM Being away from my immediate family. :D I love them, but they drive me insane most of the time. And even though I hate the holiday, I can't resist a cup of hot chocolate sitting next to the fireplace on a cold, snowy night. And a hand knit sweater.

*Pleasant Tomorrow* 11-17-2003, 10:51 PM The snow, the smell of the tree, the lights, no school, the music, the movies, the parties and being around family and stuff. Presents don't thrill me as much as they used to, but yeah that, too. :) ...So, that's basically everything about it :D

Dammit 11-18-2003, 12:04 AM this Christmas, my fave thing is that I will get to be home for the first time in way too long. My unit is getting 2 weeks leave, just in time for Christmas...Whoop!
dandelion wine 11-18-2003, 01:32 AM :candle: The smell of Christmas dinner coming from the kitchen, the sound of laughter and chit-chat coming from everyone gathered in the living room, the ornaments hung around the tree and the fact that you can smell it all over the house, seeing my cousins and relatives that fly in, the EGGNOG and the anticipation of New Year's Eve.
Lady T 11-18-2003, 01:35 AM Waking up real early in the morning; opening the presents with your family..The amibance of Christmas, the smell the tree, the Christmas music, decorations, etc.

Brad Russ 11-18-2003, 04:06 PM My Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Making quality memories that'll last a lifetime with my family. Giving gifts, and seeing people's reactions when they open them. Watching Christmas cartoons, and Rocky for the millionth time. And of course, the smell of the air. Nothing better then the way the air smells outside around Christmas time. That wonderful mix of frost, and snow that's waiting to fall. Aaaaaah, nothing like Christmas!
Geez, I sound like a freaking Hallmark card don't I?
PashminaDietrich 11-18-2003, 07:11 PM Singing in the Choir at Midnight Mass then going out to "midnight breakfast" with my fellow choristers and exchanging gifts there. That's just the best feeling.
(Sometimes we have so much fun that the whole family thing on Christmas morning seems almost anticlimactic... oh, well... )
:santa:
¤I Love Clay Aiken¤ 11-18-2003, 07:38 PM 1. Christmas lights
2. Snow
3. Smell
4. Santa, movies, etc.
Actually, my favorite thing about Christmas is being home again with my family. I really don't do any decorating around my apartment, so it's nice to go back to the house and see the house all dressed up for Christmas.. Lots of the stuff my mother decorates with has been around since I was a kid, so it brings back a lot of fond memories..

I Dream of Jeannie 11-19-2003, 12:23 AM I love EVERYTHING, the music, the meaning, the presents, the food, the fact that you get to see your family (even if that includes a certain cousin that ANNOYS the heck out of you) and the BEST PART IS IT'S THE DAY BEFORE MY BIRTHDAY, which of course is Christmas Eve.
