Remember the little bitty car Urkel drove? It was a late 50s-early 60s BMW Isetta. It was one of the strangest cars I've ever seen. A frequent Urkel line was "That's what Isetta."

Oh yes, I remember it. It will start to appear in the episodes in December(the car was introduced in the 4th season) I always thought the car was very strange too.

That car was fun to work with (I was on the crew of the show) but we DID almost have one serious accident. The episode where Steve and Myra are at a "lover's leap" cliff-edge, the car came VERY close to falling forward, and since the door opened on the front, they nearly fell OUT with the car on top of them, but some handy, strong, and quick-thinking grips caught the car in time to avoid a mishap.

BTW, it really drove...sometimes....(smile)

WHOA! That episode will be on ABC Family Monday at 1:30pm ET/PT BTW. I could tell by watching it that it looked like it was about to have an accident.
