I was just watching the episode Roper's Niece, and notice that when Jack goes back to the apt. to pack up, he picks up a piece of cake, but the cake has not been cut at all, its all there! l:Dl

ABC aired them in May as part of their 50th Anniversary Celebration. They also re-aired again in August.

I -THOUGHT- I saw a blooper when I watched my 1st season DVD last night. It was the first episode -- Jack's clothes are wet from sleeping in the tub, so Janet puts his clothes in the oven to dry and he wears a robe during that time - so when he and Janet are in the kitchen and he's putting on his pants, you can ALMOST see his scrotum. (Yes, another questionable scene!) Note - I said ALMOST. I had to play my DVD in slo-mo to look closely. You just barely see it when he puts his right leg into his pants.

Dang, I thought we had something going there...:lol:

I THOUGHT I did. But like that famous blue shorts episode, it was nothing to write home about. But the flap of his robe comes dangerously close to opening to reveal his scrotum. ;)

I notice one on the new dvd...

I think it was the 2nd or maybe 3rd episode (I watched them all at once so it is hard to remember)

but Jack is at the door and chrissy lets him in.. and we can hear chrissy say something like " oh hi jack come in"

BUT her mouth isn't moving!

*they did it in post production with suzanne sitting there with a mic in fron of her

Ooooo! I found another one!

Ummm, let me think. It was in the 5th ep (I think) on the DVD, and there's one scene in that ep where all 3 adults are in the kitchen and Janet asks them if they want coffee and they say yes...Look closely. When Janet picks up the coffee pot, it's almost empty. For a few seconds, the camera switches over to Chrissy & Jack and you can't see Janet and the coffee pot...then the camera switches back so you can see all 3 people and the coffee pot has magically refilled itself so that it's almost full, then Janet pours the coffee for them! Cool, huh?

At the end of episode 2,Jack says good night to the girls then says "Good night John boy." That has to be a blooper also.

I am pretty sure it was not a blooper.. maybe it had something to do with the Waltons? (there was a "John Boy" on it I think)

Really? So this must be the famous scene I've previously heard about. I will have to watch this part also. ;)

That's not the scene that you've probably heard about..the one everyone was talking about was in episode 161, "The Charming Stranger," but they've edited that scene out now.

Close, but no cigar. Luckilab1 cleared it up in the above post. :) I just found a 2nd almost-visible scrotum shot, is all. :lol:
