I watched Nancy McKeon on "Lifetime's Intimate Portraits" the other day and they showed a lot of photos of her over her lifetime and it looks to me like she's had a nose job. Her nose looks much different now than it did back in the last year of FOL. I don't really care if she had a nose job or not but i was just wondering if anyone else has noticed this.

That's what my mom keeps saying. I was asking myself the same thing. I don't know.

Okay, I'm posting this again. I hope this helps. I have asked my mother who is nurse and a friend who is a doctor, and they gave me their knowledgeable opinions. They say that she could not have gotten a nose job for purely physical reasons.

Consider HOW it looks different. The basic shape is the same, it's just more angular and pointed. That's because she has lost all of the baby fat in her face.
She may have had to go in for surgery for, say, a deviated septom, and it is possible for that kind of alteration to change her nose shape. It's also possible that Nancy broke her nose, or sustained some other injury.

But if you look at her noses for pure cosmetic value, there's not enough of a change between her nose when she was young and her nose now for a nose job to be plausible.
