Hello everyone. Since it has already started snowing here, I thought I would make an early Christmas fic. I hope you all like it.

It was the day before Christmas and everyone at the Division was finishing up their assignments before they head home. CD has been back to work for some time now recovering from the shooting. Jinny is doing great with her therapy. Unfortunately, Jack and her split up but they are still good friends. Kate got better after her stroke but Louis couldn't stand watching Kate do the thing that made her sick in the first place so he left. Raina was still dating Johnny. He wanted more than that but dating was as far as she was going right now. CD and Nate were seeing each other secretly even though everyone knew it. And then there was Magda. She hasn't seen Jonah since they broke up. She is now 3 1/2 months pregnant. (With Gabe's baby of course!)
It was 8:00PM and they were all anxious to get home to their families but they still had work to do. Just then, a strange man came into the Division. Raina got all excited because he was dressed in a Santa Claus outfit. Raina thought it was Johnny coming to surprise her.
She ran up to him. "Look at this. Santa's come to cheer us all up. Hey Captain, get out here."
Kate came out of her office. "What is it now Raina?"
"Santa is here!" She shouted.
"That's right. I'm here." The mysterious Sants said. He then pulled out a gun. "Now everyone just shut up and stay put." He then looked around. OK everyone go into this room." He then shouted. "Wait! Before that, drop all of your cell phones on this table."
Everyone followed the orders. "Now everyone get into the room...except you!" He said grabing Jinny's hair.
"Jinny!" Magda screamed.
Jinny looked at her. "I'll be fine. Go ahead."
Magda nodded and went into the room with the others. Jinny ripped his hand away from her hair.
"Who the hell are you?" She asked. He took off his beard and other disguises hiding his face.
"Oh my God." She said.

Nah, that would have made it too obvious. LOL Don't worry about it. It took Lisa and Cat at least a half an hour to get it. Here you go.

"Who the hell are you?" She asked. He took off his beard and other disguises hiding his face.
"Oh my God." She said. "Mr. Bellotti? The guy who see's zobies?"
He laughed. "Yep that's me."
She was getting even more freaked out. "What do you want?"
"Someone came into my house last night and told me to kill an Inspector Jinny Exstead and then bring you to her." He explained.
She was now extremely confused. "Who?"
"Your mother."

"What do you think is going on out there?" Raina said very scared.
Kate pated her on the back. "I don't know. I wish I did." She said as she was looking over at CD and Nate who looked like the were seriously having sex in their minds. "Would you two knock it off please?"
CD and Nate didn't hear a word she said. They just kept on looking at eachother. Then they snapped back into reality when Nate felt a punch in the back.
"OW! What was that for?" He asked while rubbing his back.
Raina shook her head. "Maybe because you two are so close to drooling on each other." They they all started talking at the same time.
"STOP IT!!" Magda screamed. Everyone stayed quiet, even Kate! "Alright now don't any of you care that my best friend and partner is in there with someone who might kill her??"
"Of course we care Magda." CD assured her. "I'm sorry I acted like such a little school girl." She leans over to whisper in his ear. "We can play school when we get home!"

"My mother?" She asked. "My mother is dead."
He rolled his eyes. "I know that! I aint stupid. She came to my house last night with some other zomies. She wanted to watch a show called 'The Facts of Life' or something and I didn't want to watch it."
"How could you not want to watch that show? That is an awesome show!" She assured him.
He shook his head. "Nope. There is some show on Lifetime called 'The Division' or something and that is the best show ever."
"Oh yes you're right. That is a good show. I LOVE Nancy McKeon in that show!" Jinny said to him. He nodded.

"No he's not. We have to figure a way out of this." Kate said.
CD turned to Nate. "Well you were studying to be in the bomb squad. Help us out." She joked.
"Actually I can." He pulled up his pant leg and pulled a cell phone out of his sock.
CD look at him. "How the hell did u fit a cell phone in your sock?"
"I am smarter than you think." He said and got up. "Excuse me Mr. Belotti, I need to use the restroom."
He went towards Nate. "Well she didn't want me to kill you so I guess you can go."
"Thanks." He said and went to the restroom. He pulled his cellphone out and made the cops aware of what was going on.

He went towards Nate. "Well she didn't want me to kill you so I guess you can go."
"Thanks." He said and went to the restroom. He pulled his cellphone out and made the cops aware of what was going on.
"San Francisco Police Department, Officer Shooler speaking." He said answering the phone.
"This is Inspector Nate Basso. We are being held hostage at the Felony Division. Man is armed. Has an Inspector hooked up to a bomb.." He explained.
Then, Belotti knocked on the door. "What is taking you so long? Get out here NOW!"
Nate hung up and went out of the restroom.
"What took you so long, huh??" He ordered.
Nate sighed. "Bad chinese last night."
"Oh I get that too. House of China?" He asked.
Nate grinned. "You bet."
"Well get back in there. You only have an hour and a half before the bomb goes off." He said.

Nate went back with the others.
"I made them aware. They will be here soon." He said.
Kate was finally having hope. "Who did you talk to?"
"Someone named Officer Shooler." He remembered.
CD sighed. "Nate that guy is a moron. He never does anything he is told."
"Hey at least I had guts to try and contact someone." He whispered.
Kate stepped in. "Maybe he will be smart enough and tell someone about something this serious..I hope."

"You have only got 30 minutes. I think I should get ready. Everyone start saying your good byes." He said and left.
Magda got up. "What are we going to do??"
"There's nothing we can do without one of you guys getting hurt." Jinny said.
Magda got a little upset. "Don't talk like that. We still have a little time. Everything will be ok."

20 minutes had passed. Just then, they heard a big yelp from Mr. Belotti.

"Don't! I didn't do anything!!" He said over and over.

They were all curious as to what was going on. Then a cop came rushing through the door after another cop had put Mr. Belotti in handcuffs.
"Is everyone alright??" Officer Shooler said. They were all relieved.
Jinny laughed a little. "I will be as soon as someone gets this off of me. It goes off in 10 minutes."
"Wait a minute, no one told me she was hooked up to a bomb!" He said worried.
Nate got furious. "YES I DID! I told you there was an officer hooked up to a bomb!"
Officer Shooler turned red. "Oh yeah. I remember. I guess I forgot. I will see if I could get the bomb squad here. It should take 15 minutes." He said rushing out the door to the other cop.
CD groaned. "I told you he was a moron!!"

"I didn't he was THAT much of a moron!!" Nate answered.
Jinny was beginning to panic. "Well now what do I do?!?! There is only 8 minutes left!!"

5 minutes passed by very quickly while they were trying to figure out what to do. All of a sudden some people came through the door. It was the bomb squad.

"We got here as soon as we could. How much longer until the bomb goes off?" They asked.
Kate looked at the timer. "2 1/2 minutes. Please hurry!!!"

It was finally down to 30 seconds and they still haven't disarmed the bomb.

Magda paniced. "There is only 30 seconds left!!!!"
"Everyone, get yourselves out of here." Jinny said calmly. "Just please save yourselves."
"We are your backup. If you go then I go too." Kate said and sat down.
Magda sat down. "Me too."
Everyone else sat down. "Us too."

It was down to 15 seconds.

"Hurry please?!?!" Magda said. "I will not let my partner go." Starts to cry as she is saying that.
"We are trying our best as fast as we can." They continued.
Raina began to panic as well. "It's now at 10!!!"

Everyone covered their ears waiting to hear a big BOOM! But no. Instead they heard silence. They all looked up at the bomb squad person disarming the bomb.

"Oh my God. I got it just in time." He said. Everyone was soo relieved. They all thought Jinny was a goner. They got the bomb off of her and they all went home happy, especially Jinny.
