That was the coolest thing to read!
Ever since I became a Wings fan, I wished I could have been able to attend a filming of a Wings episode... so reading that, I was able to live vicariously through the person who wrote about it! hehe. And it was the finale, so it was extra interesting!
The pictures are really cool too. How cool is it to see the airport terminal from the point of view behind the lunch counter?! lol

it was terrific - especially to see the behind the scenes on the set. It reminds me of when I went on the actual set of Cheers when i went to LA. I have my photo of me propped up at the bar:)

I love the pics. It's kinda like looking through a yearbook. That part about everyone hugging and consoling each other was really touching.

I went to California in 1998 and if you go to the Hollywood museum (near the chinese theater) , they have the actual Cheers set in the museum all set up as it was on TV and you can walk around it freely and sit at the bar.

Everyting how you see it on TV is how it is there right down to every detail complete with Sams office (although its smaller than it looks on TV).

(Sniffs, grabs a kleenex) It's nice to see that somebody set foot in one of the Thomas Haden Church meccas in the world.
I'd give anything to stand where he's stood... it seems like it would be SO magical!
