Does anyone remember an old cartoon with a turtle who went on adventures and when things didn't go well for him a wizard would say something like "now it's time for this one to come home", bringing the turtle back. It's not Toshay (spelling is wrong) Turtle. This turtle's name has been bugging me for some time. Also would anyone know what cartoon series this turtle was in? Thanks for any infor.

The title of this cartoon is "Tooter Turtle", about a young turtle who always wanted to be something else. so he would go to see his friend Mr. Wizard (a lizard), who would grant Tooter his wish, and, of course, poor Tooter would bollix it up so much, he'd cry "HELP!! MR. WIZARD!! GET ME OUTTA HERE!!", to which Mr. Wizard would reply "Trozzle, twizzle, twiddle twome, time for this one to come home." After which, the wizard would repeat the lesson "Be what you is, not what you is not/ Folks what does this is the happiest lot!"...in every freakin' episode!!

I think this cartoon was produced by Total Television, the same people responsible for "Underdog" and "Tennessee Tuxedo and His Tales".

I hope that answered your question...
