I just heard it on Entertainment Tonight. John's mom died last week. Another sad new for the Ritters. Imagine losing your mother/grandmother and brother/father in the same year. Life can be so harsh sometimes. Poor Stella. Nobody should ever have to go through childhood without a father and at least one grandparent.
