1. Screw up whatever celeb's face you want to screw up.
2. Hit the "Print Scrn/SysRq" button on your keyboard - it's next to the F12 key at the top.
3. Go to Start > Programs > Accessories > Paint then press Ctrl + V.
4. When Paint asks you if you want to enlarge the bitmap, click "yes".
5. Press a random button on the left side of Paint to make the lines that appear around your screenshot disappear.
6. After you do that, press the VERY top right button (dotted square).
7. With that button pressed down, go over to the picture, hold down your mouse and drag the area you want to use to post here.
8. Go to Edit > Copy To... then save that picture as a 24-bit bitmap.
9. Now...File > Open, then click on the picture you just saved. Paint will ask you if you want to save your picture...click on "no" because you already saved part of the picture you wanted to save.
10. Now go to File > Save As... then from the Save as type: dropdown menu, choose JPEG. You will now be able to post the picture here. :D

"Attach File" is right below the "Your Reply" box when you type a reply to a thread...:)

You need to save it as a JPEG...After you do the "Copy To" option in Paint, go to File > Open then click on the file you just saved and Paint will ask you if you want to save the pic you were working on...click "no" because you already copied part of the picture so you don't need the whole picture to save. After you click on "no" and the part of the picture you saved, comes up, go to File > Save As... and click on JPEG from "Save type as...". :)
