The more people who watch her latest "video," the more viewers the "Simple Life" will get. ;) BTW, on her newest "video," she co-stars alongside another girl. ;) I actually want to watch "The Simple Life"- it looks hilarious and the people from Us Weekly, and Howard Stern said it was very entertaining.

I heard a lot of funny things about the show - apparently Paris Hilton didn't know what a Walmart was!

They also tried to make Nicole Richie ( Lionel Richie's daughter) pluck a chicken and she replied : the only thing she plucks is her eyebrows. Ha-Ha!

They also attempted to buy groceries and were short in money. So they asked the cashier if they could have the food...then the cashier replied that they were not a soup kitchen. The girls were like - what's a soup kitchen?

I can't wait to watch the show and see what other stupid things they'll say!

The good thing about this show is that early word of mouth (it was supposed to air in the sumer, but it caused such a buzz at some network screenings they decided to wait until the regular season to air it) and the recent promos have sold the show to the audience.
Which is great, considering one of the stars of the show is not going to be talking to anyone in the media right now.
Miss Hilton's promotional blitz for this show was going to be big, but now she's trying her best to stay underground while she figures out how to fix her reputation.

Wonder if Hilton slept around with other boys because I can picture her and her sister doing that sort of naughty things!!

I Saw the episode where they worked on a dairy farm. I felt sorry for the farmer for they seemed to waste so much milk. I could understand how they were let go. They seem to play with by spashing it about. By the way tell me who is Paris' parents. I know she is related to the Hilton Hotel Clan. I know Liz Taylor married Nicky and they divorce and I know Zsa ZSa Gabor married Conrad and had a daugther Francesca. Are Paris and her sister connecting somehow with the above names. Thanks.

I know that her mother is the sister of Kim and Kyle Richards, two very well known former child stars. Kim was on Nanny and the Professor and Hello Larry.

Last weeks tv guide had an interview with Paris and Nichole. Both girls said that the Producers told them to dress like that and mess up on the jobs. Nichole says they wanted to wear t-shirts and jeans and were told no. The producers wanted the exaggeration of the city girls in farm country. I'ts also possible the girls didn't like the way they were coming off on tv so who knows what the truth is.

Haven't seen it yet. But it does look interesting.

Yes I read tv guide and I felt gee what kind of show is it when the producers tell you to goof up a job. Still feel sorry for the employers. Kim richards must be gosh 30 or so. There was a Richards girl who played on a show in the 1980's callled Down to Earth which a flapper comes down to earth to experiience life in the 1980's. i wondered kim and this girl were related. This down to earth girl has dark brown hair.
I hear Donald Trump is having a show in which he has someone work in his environment. I wonder if they will treat the worker like the Paris and Nicole. Fair is fair. KNowing you can mess up a job and you can laugh about it is different than being poor and really needing a job.

You're definatly jumping the gun. It's not as if she came here and made a thread saying "I HATE ALL REALITY TELEVISION!!! YOU ALL SHOULD JUST GET A LIFE!!!" She was just expressing that even though she hates reality TV, she likes TSL. I don't think she meant any harm...

It never ceases to amaze me anymore at how dumb people are these days. There are many ungrateful little kids who inherit a fortune at a young age and are set for life. They squander their money and never get an education. Don't even get me started on that sex tape. Now she's so sad that someone decided to exploit her "friendliness." Give me a break.

I find this show amusing. Even though I don't like Paris. I hate how they keep showing the same episodes over and over again. Gah. :o
