The episode where she pretends to be "barefoot & pregnant" the first time I saw that episode, a few years ago on Nick @ Nite, I remember laughing incredibly hard - ROTF!!!! Classic!

The episode where they're in Atlantic City, and she's looking for a star to meet. Unfortunately, she doesn't know it's stars she's asking where to find stars!

I can't think of any more off the top of my head, but there (unfortunately) weren't too many...

I like the episode where she dreamed that she and George switched personalities. She was the mean Jefferson and he was the nice Jefferson.
