My sister's father in law just died of cancer. They found out about it around 4 months ago. The viewing was today and the funeral is tomorrow (Saturday) I've been asked to stay be hind and babysit my sister's kids because my niece has strep and my nephew is too young to realize whats going on (he's 3) My niece is really taking this hard. Everytime I see her all she is talking about is her grandfather...which I have no problem with because it helps her to get over her grief...but I have to admit, I lost it tonight. I went up to the viewing and there was a letter on the casket from my niece (she's 7) It started off with "I love you and I miss you Pop" I lost it ... She's so young and is already having to deal with death.

I don't know how I did it. I lost my grandfather when I was 8 so I know what she's going through. Anyway...I won't be on for a fews days while we are dealing with all this except for at night.

Thanks alot y'all. The last person left today and my house is beginning to get back to normal. It seems my niece likes to open up to me alot more then anybody else. I don't mind though.....what are Aunt's for.

I have had bad weeks before and it's not the first and I am afraid it will not be the last!!

Well, the worst week that I have ever faced was being terminated from Wal-Mart and then injuring my eyes(yes, both of them dark, bruised, and black) because I have mental problems myself and I would love to get back at my former employer!!
