paul-kerry relationship. it was so sweet how paul called her kerbear.

I think the Paul Cate, I know the show wasnt about their marriage it was about Paul and his over protective role towards his daughters but Cate and Paul had so much chemistry. Its rare to see a loving couple on TV a couple that shared so much interest in each other after 3 children.

I liked the Kerri and Paul but Cate and Paul gets my vote

All of them.. I can't choose just one.

i so have to pick paul-cate relationship. they brought so much to the show. i've never seen a show with the parents having so much chemestry! amazing!

I liked all his relationships with each of them. Paul shared special moments with each of them. I liked when he called Kerry "Care bear"

I like all of them. I think that I might miss the Paul and Kyle one because I liked how he called him Papa H. Did anyone noticed that he called Cate Mama H on the "No Right Way" episode?

i cnt pick: paul/kerry- it wz real touchin cz paul alwayz tried 2 make her feel betta like wen she thought she wasnt pretty.
paul/bridget- it wz real funny, alwayz makin me laugh and every so often dey wud hv a close moment, like wen kyle made her cry in da mall.
paul/rory- i thought it wz hilarious! wen rory got hz 1st date and wen rory tried 2 convince paul he wanted 2 talk bout sex wen he wz real distractin him, classicz man!
paul/cate- very entertainin, especially in da very 1st episode wen paul finkz hez workin hard afta jus leavin da gurlz 2 skool once.
paul/kyle- hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i loved da way he sayz kyle, "kyle!" haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!

Great topic.

Really, Paul had a special relationship with each member of the family. However, I felt that this relationship was most visible with the two girls. If I were to pick which relationship I'd miss the most, it would be Paul and Kerry's, followed by Paul and Bridget.

Kerry was an outcast (until recently when she started dating Kyle, then she became more active). Paul was always there to comfort her when she felt that she was overshadowed all the time by Bridget. Even though she had constant sarcasm towards him, he always understood that it was just her personality and that she really did love him.

With Bridget, however, the relationship was slightly different. Though also strong, I felt she gave Paul more problems by being the outgoing and at times rebellious daughter. She disobeyed him more than Kerry did and was more concerned with just herself. Paul had a lot more to deal with from Bridget because she had a lot of boy problems, and with Kerry there were some but not many. But, Paul and Bridget also had a good relationship because he couldn't stand to see her hurt (especially by boys) and wanted her to always be happy.
