I wonder if anyone on this board remembers a little dance and music video show called "Videopolis"? I know that show aired on the old Disney Channel back in the mid 1980's through the early 1990's, and was hosted by Jonathan Prince. Anybody remember that show?

Here's a descripton from the book "The Wonderful World of Disney Television" by Bill Cotter:

"Videopolis"
This weekly series features southern California teenagers dancing to rock music, live performances by recording artists, and music videos. A troupe of 12 dancers joins host Randy Newman at "Videopolis" at Disneyland, with remote segments from across the country. The series debuted on 2/5/88 with a one hour premiere but a thirty minute format.

That show premiered on my 9th birthday. I remember Gloria Estefan and the Miami Sound Machine performed on the premiere show.

In the later 80's, Videopolis had New Kids on the Block specials.
