 Yeah, probably when she asks her if she's ready for the Big House.

It will be an hour of...."Due to pending litigation, I am unable to answer that question."

We'll get no insider information (no pun intended), but I'll bet Martha tries to offer up some really great Thanksgiving recipes and ideas.

"To make a turkey out of your napkin, fold the corners...."

I bet if Martha goes to jail she will be a hit in the kitchen.

Barbara - Martha, you're hated and despised by just about everyone, but can you tell us how to use sugar beets in a festive holiday stew?

;)

I saw on Entertainment tonight that when they were finger printing her instead of being all upset about it she was fascinated with the ink pad...

She seems pretty confident that she will not be found guilty.

I taped it and just watched it. Martha was gorgeous....a knockout blonde. I'm not referring to her young modeling days. They showed pictures of her with her ex-husband, daughter, and on the cover of her early books and magazines.

I heard she can be a beotch, but I felt bad for her during the interview. Even if she's guilty of selling that stock illegally, she doesn't deserve to be facing 30 years for a lousy 40 grand.

I'm sorry but she's going to jail, where she belongs...she committed a crime and being a celebrity and high paid lawyers will not work this time..

Ever hear of innocent until proven guilty? I'm waiting for the trial in January to hear the evidence.

They already have evidence of her selling stock "coicidentally" before the downturn..also the the head CEO admitted on 60 Minutes and Dateline that he tipped Martha Stewart and his family ahead of time...that was evidence he gave... LOL but we'll wait and see..if she doesn't go to jail, then give her 3-5 years of parole, and a HUGE fine... LOL :D

She's already lost 500 to 700 million dollars by the almost collapse of Martha Stewart Living.

Like a few people were saying on 20/20, she's a successful businesswoman and people get jealous. The prosecutor is trying to further his career and make a name for himself.

Trump up charges too. They actually charged her with an unprecedented charge because she spoke to the media last year and said she was innocent. Because of that, she's being charged with misleading her company.

Even if she took an inside tip, the woman does not deserve 30 years in the slammer. No way.

Why people don't like her. I think she okay.

i disagree. first of all, she has enough money to get great lawyers, second...its martha stewart. she doesnt have the traditional criminal way about her, and i dont think the jury is going to want to send her to jail

personally i feel sorry for her

So basically what you're saying Kerriberri687, is that if you have alot of money and you're a known celebrity you shouldn't have consequences for your actions?
I think she deserves something for what she did. I don't feel sorry for her. She knows what she did and she should get what's coming to her. I think 30 years in prison is alot though.
I used to like her until I saw her biography movie. My jaw dropped during, basically, the whole movie. She's not at all the innocent angel she makes herself out to be.
I'm not saying I hate her, but I don't watch her shows the way I used to. Talk about being a totally different person on T.V. as opposed to off the camera!!! I could see if she was playing a character, but she's portraying herself as a perfect person. Everyone has their opinions and this is mine.
