the Brady's could afford to:

1. Do up all those Pilgrim costumes and come up with all those things for the set? I know they borrowed the wooden stocks from school, but the rest of the stuff would still cost a lot of money: paint, all that cardboard, fabric/materials for the Pilgrim outfits, etc.

2. Buy all the things to set up the back yard theater for the Snow White play, along with more money for more costumes, props, etc.

3. Keep buying all that food for their dinner guests in the "Jan the Most Popular Girl" episode?

4. Pay for Carol's ever-changing interests? There's all that photography equipment (NOT cheap!), sculpture materials, etc.

5. Pay for a live-in housekeeper, after paying for all those OTHER expenses!

6. Pay for the lumber and glass to build that dunking booth?

I can't think of any more right now, how about y'all? :)

I know. Why is it the Bradys' responsibility to make costumes and build sets for school projects? That's the school's job to provide that stuff. It shouldn't cost the Bradys anything. Mike
is a busy guy anyway. Why is he always bothered for that stuff?

Well Mike was an architect and they make pretty good money and the Bradys knew a lot of people so maybe they could get the building materials and stuff really cheap. I think the time and money they spent on that stuff should have been used to build some more bedrooms and bathrooms onto the house. I always wondered how 3 girls could cram all their clothes into 1 dresser and 1 closet.

Speaking of knowing people, it was funny that Carol wasn't even sure if they knew Joe Namath or not.

Even Bobby said that, in the "Joe Nameth" episode. He was telling his friends, "You know: six kids, one bathroom..."
