Inspite of how Laverne & Shirley,s Californian apartment is a big fancy Hollywood condo,as opposed to their original bottomfloor brownstone working class apartment in Milwaukee,both apartments appear to share the same interior pattern.What I mean is this.First of all,both apartments have a closet next to the main door,with both the closet and main door situated on a small platform landing.Both livingroom windows are almost the same shape,and both open the same way.Both livingrooms have orange lights on the walls[though each set a different design] in almost all the same spots.Both kitchens have the excact same light fixtures and cupboard designs.Not to mention,the livingroom and kitchen are open concept in both apartments.I guess it was cheaper for the set designers to do it that way.
